Brighton Festival and Brighton Fringe overlap in May and publish entirely separate programmes - check both. The Great Escape in the same window adds a third, focused on new music.
Outside festival season, Chalk and Concorde 2 take the touring gigs, the Green Door Store and the Prince Albert cover the smaller end, and Komedia runs comedy and club nights. The Brighton Dome programmes across all of it.
